Terms And Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, orders and supply by TFPPS unless a written agreement signed by TFPPS states otherwise.

Quotes And Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days unless the quote states a different validity period.
An order is accepted only when TFPPS confirms it in writing or issues an invoice. Customer purchase terms are excluded unless TFPPS agrees to them in writing.
Accepted orders may not be cancelled or changed without written approval from TFPPS. Costs already incurred, special-order items, manufacturing commitments and freight charges may remain payable.
Pricing, GST And Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude GST, freight, insurance, duties, customs and installation unless specifically included.
Payment terms are as stated on the quote or invoice. Where no term is stated, payment is due before dispatch or collection.
TFPPS may withhold supply, collection or delivery while amounts are overdue.
Delivery, Risk And Title
Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith. TFPPS is not liable for loss caused by reasonable delay, supplier delay, transport delay or events outside its control.
Risk passes when goods are collected, dispatched or made available for dispatch, unless TFPPS agrees otherwise in writing.
Title remains with TFPPS until all amounts owing for the relevant goods and any related charges have been paid in cleared funds.
Inspection And Compatibility
Customers must inspect goods promptly and notify TFPPS in writing within seven business days of delivery if goods are damaged, incomplete or not as ordered.
Compatibility information, cross references and 'to suit' wording are provided for identification and selection support. Customers remain responsible for checking model, serial number, duty, dimensions, materials and site requirements before installation.
Returns And Special Supply
Standard stocked items may be considered for return under the Return And Refund Policy.
Custom-manufactured goods, special-order parts, opened coatings, used parts, electrical items and goods altered for a customer are not returnable unless required by Australian Consumer Law or approved in writing by TFPPS.
Warranty And Liability
Warranty terms are set out in the Warranty Policy and operate alongside rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, TFPPS is not liable for indirect loss, production loss, lost profit, business interruption or consequential damage. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods or services.
Intellectual Property And Confidentiality
Drawings, documents, specifications, part mappings, pricing, reverse-engineering work, photographs and technical information supplied by TFPPS remain the property of TFPPS or its licensors.
Customers must not copy, publish, reverse engineer, reproduce or disclose TFPPS materials except for the purpose of using the supplied goods or obtaining internal approval for purchase.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
